hite가 도포되어 있다. 특히 내열도가 우수하여 고온, 고압의 밸브 패킹등에 사용된다. 주로 JIC 4101과 병합사용된다.

P.T.F.E. 섬유를 8편 또는 격자편으로 편조한 패킹이다. 내약품, 내식성 등이 극히 우수하므로 패킹에 의한 유체 오염을 피하는 용도에 적합하다. 그러나 P.T.F.E.는 저마찰성이지만 열팽창율이 높고, 열전도율이 낮기 때문에 마찰면의 발열이 커서 열부착의 위험성이 있을 대는 외부 냉각이 필요하다. 용융 알카리, 금속, 고온불소를 제외한 전산, 알카리, 용제, 회전기기, 왕복동기기, 밸브등에 사용된다.

Excelient heat-resistant and chemical-resistant, but suitable for places where contamination of fluid must by avided because of excellent resistance against chemicals and corrosion.Outer colling device in required when heated packing is likely to stick to shaft in operation due to nature of P.T.F.E. Suitable for fusing alkali, metal, acid except hot fluoric acid, alkaline solvents, machine, reciprocating machine, valve, etc. |

JIC 3063 P.T.F.E. 섬유 편조 패킹에 P.T.F.E. Dispersion 및 특수윤활유를 함침시틴 패킹, 가장 내식성이 우수한 패킹으로서 거의 전 약품에 사용되며 기계적 강도가 강인하며 내마모성도 우수하다. 부식성 유체, 염산, 초산, 유산, 각종 화학약품, 강알칼리, 회전펌프, 왕복동기기, 회전기기 등에 사용된다.
