팽창 흑면 가스키트는 플랜지와 밀착성이 양호하여 낮은 체부암으로도 밀봉성이 뛰어나다. 온도에 따른 재질변화가 없으며 극저온에서 고온까지 다양하게 사용할 수 있으며, 내식성이 우수한 Gasket이다.

Expanded graphite gasket show a good adhe-
rence to flange and performs a sealing abil-
ity event under low seating stress. There is
no property change under temperature var-
iation, it shows good corrosive resistance.

Temperature : -200~1650 ℃
             (Non-Oxidizing Atmosphere)
             -200 ℃ ~ 450 ℃
             (Oxidizing Atmosphere)
pH Rang : 0~14

Starfoil의 한쪽면에 접착제를 도포하여 Tape상으로 절단하여 사용하며 JIC 4205는 Starfoil의 한쪽면에 접착제를 도포하여 주름가공을 하여 테이프상으로 절단한 가스키트테이프이다.

The one side of Starfoil ( Expanded Graphite )
sheet is treated with adhesive and cut into tapes. DYG.T.S 8204 plain tape and DYG.T.S 8205
is crinkle tape.

금속 Gasket 또는 Flange 면등의 표면접착에 사용된다. 사용최고온도 및 pH범위는 DYG.T.S.8204.

Mainly used for the cover to the surface of metal gasket or flange. Service temperature and pH range same as those of DYG.T.S.8204.
